Carbovanta's acknowledgment
Carbovanta Advanced Materials acknowledges that Alter SPVs, an early stage venture investor in Carbovanta, has independently undertaken the tokenization of its investment interest through a dedicated special purpose vehicle structure.
Alter SPVs has elected to create a blockchain-based representation of its investment interest through the issuance of the CAVA token on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). Carbovanta recognizes the existence of this initiative and the underlying investment relationship, while also maintaining a clear separation between Carbovanta's operating business and the tokenization structure managed by Alter SPVs.
Carbovanta remains focused on its role as an advanced materials company: developing graphene, carbon nanomaterials, conductive materials, coatings, thermal materials, and industrial carbon technologies for commercial applications.
Clear separation
The CAVA initiative has been developed, structured, managed, administered, and operated by Alter SPVs and its associated entities. Carbovanta does not issue, administer, manage, sell, distribute, market, custody, operate, or facilitate trading of CAVA.
CAVA is associated with Alter SPVs' investment structure.
CAVA is a digital token created by Alter SPVs in connection with its investment interest in Carbovanta Advanced Materials. It is not issued by Carbovanta Advanced Materials.
Any rights, benefits, restrictions, obligations, disclosures, eligibility requirements, transfer conditions, legal arrangements, investor communications, liquidity arrangements, redemption rights, or other matters associated with CAVA are determined exclusively by Alter SPVs and the applicable documentation governing the token and its related structure.
Visitors seeking token-specific information should review Alter SPVs' materials directly and should not rely on Carbovanta's operating-company website as the source of token documentation, eligibility requirements, trading information, valuation information, or regulatory disclosures.

Carbovanta Advanced Materials is not the issuer, operator, administrator, trading platform, custodian, or transfer agent for CAVA.
Carbovanta is not responsible for the purchase, sale, transfer, valuation, pricing, liquidity, taxation, compliance, regulatory treatment, performance, administration, marketing, promotion, custody, trading, or use of CAVA. These matters belong to Alter SPVs and the parties responsible for the relevant tokenization structure.
All enquiries, claims, concerns, requests for information, complaints, disputes, or communications relating to CAVA should be directed to Alter SPVs. Carbovanta may acknowledge the initiative at a corporate level, but it does not provide tokenholder services or token-specific advice.
