Responsible Use & Safety Notice
Advanced carbon materials require responsible evaluation, handling, storage, processing, and disposal by qualified industrial users.
Industrial Use Only
Carbovanta materials and development samples are intended for qualified business, laboratory, research, and industrial evaluation. They are not consumer products and are not intended for food, drug, cosmetic, medical, implant, inhalation, household, or unrestricted public use unless expressly approved in writing with applicable regulatory documentation.
Safety Data and Handling
Users must review the applicable safety data sheet, technical data sheet, label, and handling instructions before receiving, storing, opening, mixing, dispersing, heating, machining, spraying, sanding, or disposing of any material. Fine powders and nanomaterials may require controls for dust, inhalation exposure, ignition sources, static discharge, ventilation, personal protective equipment, and environmental release.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether a material is suitable, safe, lawful, and compliant for their formulation, process, workplace, end use, market, and jurisdiction. Pilot testing, hazard review, occupational exposure controls, waste handling, and regulatory assessment should be completed before scale-up.
No Unapproved Claims
Potential applications listed on this website do not mean a material is approved, certified, or validated for that use. Medical, aerospace, battery, transport, infrastructure, electronics, marine, and safety-critical uses may require additional testing, standards compliance, customer validation, and regulatory approvals.
Emergency and Incident Reporting
For material-related safety questions, suspected product incidents, or SDS requests, contact safety@carbovanta.com with the material name, batch or sample identifier, location, and a description of the concern.
